The IPSEN CARES Team
IPSEN CARES is staffed with dedicated professionals who work one-on-one with your patients to help ensure they’re able to gain access to Dysport:
PATIENT ACCESS MANAGERS (PAMs)
PAMs have an in-depth understanding of health insurance and prescription coverage. They can help patients:
- Understand their health insurance requirements for accessing Dysport
- Identify financial assistance for which the patient may be eligible
Patient Access Managers
are available Mon–Fri, 8 am–8 pm ET 866-435-5677

- Educational support based on HCP treatment recommendations for on-label use of Dysport
- Disease-state education to help patients better understand their condition
- Continuity of care support
MSNs are provided by Ipsen and do not work under the direction of a patient’s healthcare provider (HCP) or give medical advice. They are trained to direct patients to their provider for treatment-related guidance.
